I have a neck!

Thursday, January 24, 2013

I got dressed to go to the gym tonight. I paused in front of the mirror...

Wait... What is that?

I have a NECK! Really???

And, I only have a double chin when I put my head down so my chin is on my neck...

When did that happen??? emoticon

I had changed in the bathroom at work on the second floor. I walked downstairs to head out and I had to stop in the bathroom on the first floor to confirm it.

Yep, I have a NECK!

When my trainer did my measurements last week my neck was one of the places I lost inches - 1 inch there, 4 inches overall.

And after my despair on Saturday that I'm just not losing weight on the scale, I've finally lost 3 pounds so that I'm down 41 pounds since last Lent. emoticon

Guess changes are happening...
