So I finally got the christmas stuff down, and the boys can take the tubs out to the garage. I went through 4 garbage bags of clothes. Let me tell you I have more clothes than any one person needs, but I get them for real cheap or free. I still need to go through them all in my closet and get to organizing the chaotic mess. All of that mess aside I managed to get four bags done so thats good. Now for my exercise...I went to the YMCA with my cousin this evening and worked my butt off.

Ab Machine 50 @ 50lbs
Captains Chair 10 twist, 10 leg lifts, 10 knee lifts
Back Extension 30 @ 70 lbs
Seated Leg Press 30 @ 130 lbs, 10 @ 150 lbs (hold for 4 count)
Pushups 30 (modified)
Stretching 15 minutes
Cybrex Arc Trainer 15 minutes, Distance .51 miles, Resistance 20/30, Incline 10/20, cool down incline 3 resistance 20, HIIT 2(1)2(1)5(2)3 Resistance 30 Incline 20 high speed 140 strides per minute.
I absolutely love the Arc Trainer it is like an Elliptical climbing a mountain, and boy oh boy is it tough.
All in all I had a pretty good day. Roast for lunch and dinner, and Special K with chocolate and berries for breakfast. All Water All Day 5 16oz bottles. Not Too Shabby
