Yaya worked outs and green smoothies!

So work went pretty well today. I was kinda tired. Lol almost fell asleep during nap time. Kept pretty well in my calorie range a little below actually! I made some chicken for supper and walked for an hour, doing the total body sculpting by sparkpeople! It was the firts beginner workout i believe. Then i made a green smoothie!! It was delish! I was kinda skeptical at first but i fell in love :) I want to drink it all day!!

    It does sound good. I will have to look that one up.
Good job on the workout and staying within range....That's truely wonderful.
I'm heading to water aerobics. Want to get in an extra good workout today with weight in on Sunday.
D.H. is getting the nortic track all checked out. I borrowed one for a few months.
That should add a new element of exercise to the mix.
LOL
