So work went pretty well today. I was kinda tired. Lol almost fell asleep during nap time. Kept pretty well in my calorie range a little below actually! I made some chicken for supper and walked for an hour, doing the total body sculpting by sparkpeople! It was the firts beginner workout i believe. Then i made a green smoothie!! It was delish! I was kinda skeptical at first but i fell in love :) I want to drink it all day!!
