Nervous about tomorrow's C25K fun.

Yes, I'm a little nervous about the run tomorrow. It requires a 6-minute run. About a year ago, I actually ran a whole mile at took me over 14 minutes, but I did it. So...I know I can do it again. Just a little nervous.

I'll eat good food and drink lots of water that day and do the run in the early evening.

I want it to go well, but I understand that I may have to repeat a week to condition myself.

Next week has a 10-minute run!

    No reason to be nervous . . . just do what you can. Keep on at it & you WILL get there.

    I'm sure you will do fine. I did the c25k some years ago and I remember being nervous about the runs getting longer. I was surprised when I did them without any problem. Unfortunately now I have gotten so out of shape that the 1 min would probably have me on the floor panting. LOL. No worries I am getting myself back together. Again, your body will surprise you tomorrow.
