Yes, I'm a little nervous about the run tomorrow. It requires a 6-minute run. About a year ago, I actually ran a whole mile at once....it took me over 14 minutes, but I did it. So...I know I can do it again. Just a little nervous.
I'll eat good food and drink lots of water that day and do the run in the early evening.
I want it to go well, but I understand that I may have to repeat a week to condition myself.
Next week has a 10-minute run!
