Today was full on clean the house day and most of the time I had baby strapped to my chest--I didn't exercise but that has to count for something i'm beat!

bolthouse chocolate protein shake 1 serving
cheese stick
amy burrito, baby spinach and carrots
two Vitacakes

baby ate at a strange time tonight and it threw me off of my eating and then by time I noticed it was already past 8 and since I wasn't starving I just decided it was too late to eat-of course now I'm really hungry but I'm going to bed soon and I'll be fine I'm sure.

Actually I did do 40 squats and I was debating doing some more before bed.

    If you are hungry- truly hungry- you should eat, regardless of what time it is, unless you are one of the people who cannot sleep if they have food in their stomach.
