pretty dang sore today.
i did 90 minutes biking, 90 minutes walking.

ending at 1460 calories. ugh.
30 grams carbs. double ugh.
and it wasnt vegetables, either, but empty carbs.

tomorrow will be better!

    dang gurl! Have you thought of running a marathon or trianing for a triatholon? As much as you exercise, you would probably do great at one or both of those. I love the dog picture btw :)
