Well, here's what went down -
- I got on the scale after a week of keeping my calorie-range and exercising an hour every day, but it said I GAINED ten pounds. My mom said that happens sometimes and that some of that's muscle and someone else said some of that ten is also water. But, I'm still frustrated and upset.
-I avoided temptations today! Unfortunately, I avoided a little too much, lol. I had to eat more this evening to reach my calorie-range. But, it's all good. :)
-Still sooo tired. I think I might need more iron. Gonna look into that, as I've been anemic before.
Tired, as usual, but I know I'll get to my goal and that everything will be wonderful!
