Hmm....What To Say?

Well, here's what went down -

- I got on the scale after a week of keeping my calorie-range and exercising an hour every day, but it said I GAINED ten pounds. My mom said that happens sometimes and that some of that's muscle and someone else said some of that ten is also water. But, I'm still frustrated and upset.

-I avoided temptations today! Unfortunately, I avoided a little too much, lol. I had to eat more this evening to reach my calorie-range. But, it's all good. :)

-Still sooo tired. I think I might need more iron. Gonna look into that, as I've been anemic before.

Tired, as usual, but I know I'll get to my goal and that everything will be wonderful! emoticon

    Thanks. Yeah, hopefully the rest is muscle. This morning, after I went to the toilet about twenty times, the scale went down a little. emoticon

    Definitely keep up and don't worry about the gain, could be muscle as you said! I know you can do it :)

    Thank you for the encouragement. :) Yeah, I've been thinking of measuring more by how I look and feel than by my weight. I'll keep with it. emoticon

    I know it is frustating and upsetting but keep it up and you will see results. You might want to do other measurements to track progress like measuring your waist, hips, thighs, and arms. They are better indicators of changes in your body than ther scale is. You can do it. Sometimes it is the time of day that affects your weight. Try to weigh the same day and time each week. Keep up the good work, you will see results.
