Today was a pretty good day. Good workout, I actually doubled the amount of reps from last weeks strength trainimg routine. Added some 2 pound weights to my cardio routine. Tried a few new yoga moves. Stayed within my calorie range. Got some laundry done. Didn't really do much other cleaning though. Another bitter cold winter day here in NY State. Hanging out with my sweetie watching some t.v., trying to get back into this blogging thing, don't really have much to say tonight. Hopefully another good day tomorrow...
