Back 1 week from my 2 week cruise, I was able to stay flat over the vacation - no gains or losses. To me that was a major gain.
Now back a week and sticking strong to my nutrition tracking as well as consistent exercising. Down 2 pounds so far.
One day at a time, hope is to lose 20 pounds by May for my next hip surgery. No excuses.
