Since Monday i have been excersing. Mon night i went to the gym for an hour, Tues day after work i did a Zumba Class for an hour, Weds night i went to the gym for an hour and tonight i am going to go to the gym again for an hour. I am so proud of myself for going and excersing because i use to come home from work and sit on the couch and watch tv and not do anything. I finally realize i need to get up and work out. So i started on Mon. I want to try and work out 4-5 days a week. I know i can do it. I will do it.
Tomorrow is weigh in for the biggest loser, I hope i lost some weight.
