Great Motivators to Get Through A Stressful Day

Yesterday was a particularly stressful day at work. Last night I was thinking of things I could do during that stressful time to relax and refocus. I found that listening to different types of music does wonders! Starting off with something jazzy and fun, then transitioning into something more mellow. I rounded it all off with good rock, bob-your-head music. Having the harder jam music at the end got me motivated and on task. I also found myself looking forward to going to the gym! My music listing from today...some Billy Joel, then Sara B., and lastly some Jimmy Eat World. To each their own, but I thought I would share something that really worked for me.
