I ate a lot...

Today I had lots of food and all of it was good for me. However, I didn't reach my calorie intake for the day. Yet, I'm not hungry. I know that if I don't eat enough I wouldn't be able to lose weight. I was able to get all my water in for the day.

So what do I do. This is the first time this has happen to me.

    Same here, I think it happens to all of us at some point. I am sure it is better then going over.

    I have this problem too....I just try to do the best that I can. I think it is much better to not eat than to stuff yourself when you are not hungry.

    I would go with it and not eat. That's what thin people do.They don't eat if their not hungry,so I think its great and once in a while I don't think it will derail you at all. I think it will empower you. Who knows, maybe you will get the growlies later. emoticon emoticon

    As long as you are close you don't need to be perfect on your calories.
