Well I had to stop weiging my self because I start to get discouraged. You know I lost ten lbs in three weeks and I was excited. After that the lbs stopped, until I measured myself. Right now I am losing inches instead of lbs and gaining muscles. The thing is I can become so impatient at times and I just want things to fly by. I hope that I can lose 30 by my birthday. So I decided to work out twice a day instead of 1x. In the morning after breakfast digest then again later midway before dinner. I hope this works .
