Stayed on program.
Got in 2 - 40 min walks
Took a lady to the grocery store. I'm thinking 1 hour tops,
she says, no 3 hours. So I went to the mall walked 40 minutes
at top speed, sweated a lot. Sat after and had coffee with friends,
then back to pick her up..
Later to Wal-Mart specifically to walk again. ANother 40 min -
quick speed & 10 min cool down. Felt Great!
