Feeling proud

I am feeling pretty darn good-tired but good. I have been consistent with my workout program for almost two weeks. I would feel myself sinking down on the comfy chair in front of the tv after work, and know I had a short work out waiting for me, got up to get it done. Tonight I did walk #4 of the Biggest Loser power walk Dvd, then I added 10 minutes of high burn cardio from the Biggest loser 2 workout.Short workouts, but the last one had me really sweating. Thanks trainer Kim. I am actually looking forward to even tomorrow nights schedule which involves running and sprints. woooooooohooooooooo. I haven't stepped on a scale yet, but I can feel a difference. Maybe it is in my mind at the moment,but that is enough to keep me motivated and moving forward.
