Not so sleepy today!!! Had a good day as far as exercise and nutrition too! Still need to find a way to get in a few more Carbs. I also seem to be short on some of my vitamins and minerals, so good thing I am on a Multivitamin. Plus I am on Prescription amounts of Folate and Vitamin D since the Labs my Doctor runs routinely because of other health issues already showed deficiency's in those. The Doctor had told me before that some of my medications will cause me to be low in those to begin with. I am also on a prescription Complex B vitamin that is more easily absorbed than regular vitamins because of my Diabetic Neuropathy. So guess I should not be so worried. At least I know these are being monitored with routine lab work and can be addressed if they remain low even with the prescription meds.
