Day 24 All day on the ball and then some

Thursday, January 24, 2013

Calories today: 2012. I may have a small snack, but at the moment am not the least hungry.

Fitness: 50 min of video, stationary bike, a walk on the Pinellas Trail at lunchtime + whatever you get out of sitting on a ball all day. I can tell I'm using different "sit" muscles.

I worked late tonight, may need to do the same tomorrow through a Wed deadline. I'm really glad I don't do that all the time.

Things to be grateful for today:
1. Too busyat work to be hungry--or notice
2. After a slow start this morning, I was able to go for a good brisk walk at lunchtime.
3. Leftovers for dinner, didn't have to cook when I got home
4. Daughter has a promising interview tomorrow
5. I work with such pleasant people, and it's QUIET.
emoticon one goal met - to get in at least 1000 fitness min. Yay!

Great to hear you so upbeat!! Do you think the ball is helping with the Core muscles? Or just the "sit" muscles?

Great not to feel hunger, and to get in the exercise! I hope the interview tomorrow goes will for your daughter.
