So yesterday I had made a Vega One chocolate shake and it was not to my liking at all.
So I then faced a dilemma- 9 more servings of Vega One Chocolate to go . . .
Well today I made a Chocolate Cherry shake and added 1 packet of xylitol, and the whole thing is much better!
I can get through this, I think-- Here is my shake recipe
1 Scoop Vega One Chocolate Protein Powder
1 C Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 tbsp ground Flax Meal
1 1/4 C Dark Frozen Cherries
1 packet xylitol
