135 at 55!!!
Reasons to lose the weight:
I am in love with my new healthy lifestyle. It feels SO good to feel good.
What I want to change:
Get rid of that "5 lb bag of potatoes" around my middle.
How I want to look:
No more jiggle in the middle!
How I want to feel:
Tired, because I just finished running a 10K
Satisfied, because I have over one year at treating my body in the best way possible.
Overjoyed, because many of my own family members have joined me on this incredible journey to great health and fitness!
What will I be able to do when I reach my goal:
Spread the Spark!
Live a longer, better quality life.
Show others how they can eat healthy and well on much less they are currently spending for food.
