My take on Daily Weighing

I know most people say not to weight in daily, however I weigh in a couple of times a day. I don't let the weight derail me. It actually helps me see how my weight changes with eating and drinking throughout the day.

The other reason for this is I'm short. Even if I eat a little bit extra food (healthy or unhealthy), I gain weight.

The weighing daily makes me not get off track. If I don't weigh daily, then I get anxious.

    I weigh and write my weight on my calendar every day. For a while I was weighing in the morning and before I went to bed. I was always 2 to 3 pounds heavier at night. I don't weigh at night depressing!! I only record my weight on Sparkpeople once a week.

    I tell myself that I'm only going to weigh once a week, but I think I need the structure of a daily weigh in.
