So, my "I Love My Life" campaign is coming along easier than I thought it would be. My down fall today is that I am not going to exercise a full 30. Eating went well, and I have no guilt about anything.
Yesterday I joined WW for three months at work and today I signed up for a 5k in May. I will start my C25k tomorrow. I am actually excited about both and gives me more of reason to continue eating healthy, tracking food and exercise. I even made a board at home for my weekly goals. This weeks goal is drink 8 glasses of water a day AND track that.
I figure as I continue to make current challenges habits, I can make each step easier. Small changes though. I can not do it all at once, but I can do it! Eh, Hem... I WILL DO IT!
