I feel like a yo yo with my exercise. I either do none or almost nothing, or I work out like a crazy woman. I need to work on consistency.
Case in point-yesterday was 10 minutes. Today was 117. Over 7 miles on cardio machines at the gym and over 1500 calories.
It is just when I get in here I just keep going and often simply crash when I get home.
