I wanted to share this....
There is a product on the market called Holy Crap and Sunny B,
They have a recipe for Breakfast cookies (and many other things)
But I LOVE The breakfast cookies although I have NEVER had them for Breakfast..I LOVE a BIG breakfast! So I use them for an afternoon snack with a coffee, if I am on the go all day I take one to snack on, sometimes before a workout for energy.
The ingredients are excellent...for the cookie recipe I replaced reg, yogurt with Greek 0%, I used whole wheat flour instead of white, I had Craisins and Raisins in the cupboard so I through them in as well as a few pecans. Next time I might add a couple carob or chocolate chips to each one just for my sweet tooth! They Freeze good too! I figured my 4yr old son would hate them, but he likes them too which says allot I think :)

Some people have left feedback/ideas on making them, gluten free flour, oats etc.

Anyway...if interested, here is the link

I bought both Holy Crap & Skinny B when I started with SP last March. They were both very good and very expensive. I make my own "Skinny C" now for breakfast. The ingredients vary a little, but it always has buckwheat groats and chia seeds.

I make a big batch of 2 cups each chia seeds, buckwheat groats and hemp hearts. I usually add some steel cut oats as well. I also like to add ground flax seed, but this cannot be ground and stored without losing its nutritional punch, so I add this when I eat the cereal.

I soak 1/3 cup of the mix in water in the fridge overnight. In the morning I add flax seed and greek yogurt.
