The challenge this week for my gym's Team Fitness Challenge is how many assisted or unassisted pull ups you can do in 1 minute. Unassisted isn't even an option that would be an automatic 0 for me. I heard that you are supposed to set it at 1/3 your weight. Even that will be a huge challenge. When I have used the machine in the past, trust me, I have definitely off-set my weight much closer to 1/2. The good thing is that it doesn't matter how many you do, just that you attempt to do them. Hopefully, this won't be too humiliating.
