Breakfast: Caramel Misto with soy. Didn't taste bad or cost an arm and a leg.
A bit of zucchini bread. Apparently not hungry enough to really want anything else.
Lunch: By lunch time I was busy cleaning until my stomach actually cramped it was so hungry. Throat hunger..I don't think so!
Huge spinach salad with carrots, 1 C of black beans, and red onions. Delightful!
Dinner: I'll probably have another salad. Family is eating a Chicken Enchilada casserole I pulled out of the fridge. Still trying to clean out the "bad" foods from the house....but it will taste oh so good!
Really need to make a menu plan to help us squeeze through the end of this month. Part of making this work is having GREAT food in the house...so I don't want the kids to feel deprived or have to scrounge for lunch food.
