A few months ago, I posted a list of weight goals and my rewards for reaching those goals. Well, I reached my first one last week - weigh 275. My reward - trip to Seattle to see to amazing friends. The trip was planned in December, but it was nice to reach that weight goal before leaving for Seattle. I also did really good with eating and not really drinking any sodas. I did drink one on the airplane. I had a blast in Seattle. I thought I would have a hard time getting back into the swing of getting up and working out this week. However, that has not been the case. I have been enjoying getting up in the morning and working out. I finally got into a routine. MWF I will be working on the C25k and T/TH I will be doing strength training or the stationary bike/eliptical.
I thought the weight will come off quickly, but it is a pound or two here and there which is fine. I want to keep it off and gain it back. Plus, I also want to be healthy. My husband is eating healthier too and he really enjoys the variety of foods that I am cooking.
Off to work on the next goal of 250!
