Due to a confluence of events I forgot/did not know about, I won't be able to make it to the gym today. Which may be a good thing, because I am feeling super sore. Yesterday I was tired from the aqua thing, but I didn't realize how much so until I got on the elliptical. I could barely get the resistance above 5, and after 10 minutes felt like dying. Is it normal to have such intense fatigue in your leg muscles?
