I completely spaced on writing my goals for the week on Sunday.
Goal setting has never been easy for me, and I guess I just didn't feel like thinking about it. Essentially, they stayed the same as the week before. I lost weight this week and "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
So as for my Thursday "how my week is going" blog all I can say is: good. My week is going very well. I've exceeded my exercise minute goal. I've been staying in my calorie range. I've been eating some freggies and drinking some water every day.
And, dare I say it? I might actually be seeing muscles in my arms!
