Just a quick round-a-bout.
From january 1 through january 23:
I have been in my calorie range 9 days.
I have been in my fats range 7 days
I have been in my carbohydrate range 16 days
I have been in my protein range 16 days.
I have been in my sodium range 9 days.
I have been under my protein 7 days.
I have been under my carbs 3 days.
I have been under my fats 1 day.
I have been under my calories 1 day. (stomach bug day)
Out of 23 days, I have been in all of my ranges only 4 days.
I'm not going to say this fact is unacceptable. Obviously if I let it happen, then my brain has no problems with it. However, I am dissappointed in myself. I feel that I could lose weight more effectively if I stayed in all these ranges, but I'm having difficulty doing so. It's been better since I cut out most of the snacking, but now I'm having trouble hitting my protein goals.
