I have found a really good workout on YouTube that doesn't take a lot of time to do during the day, but it really can kick butt. (and she gives hints for beginners) I like the videos that I have done so far because they don't take any equipment and are fairly quick. But be ready for sweating.
Hope you are all staying healthy during this flu season. I have been fighting off the bug for about a week now and feel like my fitness is lagging. Time to get in gear and get those muscles moving.
