Just a Quick Note

I have found a really good workout on YouTube that doesn't take a lot of time to do during the day, but it really can kick butt. (and she gives hints for beginners) I like the videos that I have done so far because they don't take any equipment and are fairly quick. But be ready for sweating.

Hope you are all staying healthy during this flu season. I have been fighting off the bug for about a week now and feel like my fitness is lagging. Time to get in gear and get those muscles moving.

I guess maybe it is competition? Anyway, check her out. She is awesome.

    You tube has some great options. I love Paul Eugene and his chair exercises for those days my knees hurt me too bad! He takes chair dancing to a new level!!! emoticon emoticon

  emoticon ooh, hope you fight off that bug! a friend tried to get tamiflu but was out in her area, & was pointed to elderberry extract, and oddly enough, dr oz recommended within the week for fighting off viruses... i looked at it but am taking a mixed freggie distilled concentrated pill already so skipped it.... but i was tempted! anyway, be well!
