run 4 for the week

hi all yes I finished my fourth run of the week wooo hooo!! i ran 4.10 miles this morning and did 50 push ups!! i am super duper sore from JM kickboxing week 2 work out but I got it done!! tomorrow I run and do my toning kickboxing dvd!! keep sparking everyone!!!! emoticon

    I am beginning a jogging program after walking 5ks. I have also joined Zumba and Kickboxing classes. I find them both fun and therapeutic. You are are on your way and you also are a wonderful inspiration for me, a 67 year old Ninja Grandma ! LOL! Have a great day! emoticon
