Today I crossed the 5kg mark. I've been having heaps of Non-scale victories too this week. I have an indent at the bottom of my tummy where muscle is, lost 10cm in my tummy measurements, can exercise at a higher heart rate than I used to be able to, and I have energy. I am feeling so pleased with myself. I can ALSO resist temptation.
This weeks goals are so far so good. The one thing I want to start doing though is spending time with God each day. It's not right for me that I get the rest of my life sorted and not that part.
