I did it!

Ok, so a week later and I am still alive! I survied week one! - Even ended up a couple of pounds lighter! So thats an acheivement in my eyes!

Next to keep going! Out for dinner twice this week which could jepodise things a little. Yesterday it was to a pub, I pick something that looked like it should be ok, according to the menu it was 518 calories, so not too bad. But! By about 9 o'clock I was starving, it just hadn't quiet hit the spot. I much prefer preparing my own meals, i feel more responsible and more in control - I know exactly what has gone in my mouth!

Exercise wise we are doing ok! I have cycled nearly everyday, and I am slowly going to increase the workout times, plus add back in the strength!
