    I always knew bagels were dangerous! Especially those cinnamon swirl ones. Looks like you might get a little more than you bargained for swirled into this recalled batch.

    Scary but good to know. I'm glad I haven't bought Thomas Muffins in awhile. It seems they would have checked for metal in food before shipping!
