a new Page

Thursday, January 24, 2013

well I went back to classes today I am very excited. I just hope it goes as well as I believe it will. I like the professor so far and I am 1 of 4 women in the class the other 16 are men/boys. I don't think other than me and the professor any of them are over 35. Most I would say are closer to 22.

So today started a new page and a new chapter in my life. I am taking it as it comes, Not like there is anything else I can do about it. I am working on several goals besides my classes.
1 is to build up stamina to be able to run
2 is to run the 1/2 marathon in Disney for next January.
I spoke to my nephew who was a runner for the leukemia foundation with my niece and he told me to split my walk/ run time so far it seems to be working out. I don't seem to be as out of breath as I was before I listened to him. I am very interested to see how this whole new me turns out.
Well until next time.

Thanks you guys!!! I am 44 so I am a little self-contuse. I will do fine because I have no other choice. I chose this path not to fail but to succeed.

I'm sure you will do just fine with your classes.. I'm 49 years old and always the oldest in my classes.. lol. I don't mind it though, I get to play mother hen to the rest of the class, as they're all the same age as my kids!
One of my favorite songs is Unwritten.. I'm sure you've heard it before. It really psychs me up when I'm starting something new, and fits with your "new page" theme.. Lol..
