Hi everyone.... So I have been following the Challenge.
They have been pretty good about posting Videos!!! For once.
They started on Thursday and I started the following Monday just because of their lag time that happens.
I think this is actually a really good challenge, its a mix of a ton of different exercises some days are arm heavy, some leg, some core, some cardio. Some days are pretty easy some days are harder than hell. I am definately pleased with the challenge and the new workouts. I can finally say they may have their sh** together.
So the Workouts
HiitBody- This focuses on targeting the whole body major muscle groups
Hiitreps- The workouts we know and love
Hiitlean- This may be reps may be sets, but it incorporates weights to help build lean muscle
HiitMax- Cardio driven workouts
HiitCore- Core Strength (I was not a fan HiitCore2 it was too much jumping around I couldnt really concentrate on my core- partly my fault but keep it simple)
HiitLite- They havent done this yet but its for beginners i guess
Hiitweekend- They take the weeks hardest moves and combine them into a 4 min how many can you do. (Like Kick over Lung Back and Toe Touch)
The hiitweekend is a nice touch- its semi challenging but it gives you the motivation to have an active rest weekend not just a rest.
I still cant decide if we are going to do this challenge over in 30 days or see what happens on the website.
