Shoot! The weeks are going past and I haven't exercised. For me, if I don't exercise, I don't eat right. I absolutely need to find the strength to get going again. I know I will feel good if I do, but I just don't feel like it. Any tips? How do you keep going if you just don't feel you can muster up the motivation?
