I loged over 5000 steps in half a day yesterday. Since I will be wearing my fitbit all day today I wonder how much walking I do in a full day. It also came with an app so I can track what I eat against all my walking to see if I'm in the 'zone' to loose weight. I feels good to use my Christmas money on myself. Which everyone knows is hard to do for moms.
