so I got a fitness counter

I loged over 5000 steps in half a day yesterday. Since I will be wearing my fitbit all day today I wonder how much walking I do in a full day. It also came with an app so I can track what I eat against all my walking to see if I'm in the 'zone' to loose weight. I feels good to use my Christmas money on myself. Which everyone knows is hard to do for moms.

    I'm looking to buy a "gadget" too - not sure if Fitbit is right for me as I want a heart rate monitor as well. I'm glad it is working for you though and keeping you motivated! Mom's need to take care of themselves first!

  I really like my fitbit. It gives a person a gauge for how active you are. It sure has opened my eye as to how sedinary I really am.
