Oh, yeah! Someone was whining about not enough success on SP. Just hang in there and open your eyes.
I had exercise induced asthma when I started SP. I wheezed all night if I had done even a little moderate exercise during the day. It's hard to go to sleep when you wheeze. After a month on SP I threw away the inhaler. No more wheezing. And I can do more exercise. No more excuses there!
Weight loss? Yup! After eight months on SP I've lost nearly 20% of my original body weight [3 pounds to go]. That's 45 pounds actually lost so far!!!!!!!!! That's amazing.
Inches lost. Oh, yeah. I have a totally new [but limited] wardrobe because none of the clothes that I wore when I started still fit. I'm not buying a lot of clothes because I'm still losing. I'm not at my goal yet, but I know how to get there. Stay with SP!
Hooray for us! Reminder: I didn't get fat overnight, I won't get slender overnight either. We can do it!
