I woke up this morning at my normal time and found that I had only gotten 3 hours sleep. So I went back to sleep for a few hours. I don't have to be at work til 4pm today and so I had the time.
Now I'm running a little behind but that is okay. I planned on being out of the house by 9am because I have errands to run but I really think we need to be a little flexible with plans, particularly if it doesn't effect work.
I talked to my son this morning. He is still a little sick but seems okay. I hope he gets better soon.
Yesterday I drank my water and I exercised on my wii for an hour and 15 minutes. That's the longest I've ever exercised on my wii.
I'm going to try and do the same today.
My blood glucose was better because I didn't eat a large meal late at night.
