Well after 3 days , I made it back to the same weight I was Sunday. Three days lost for 2 slices of pizza and 24 ozs of wild cherry Pepsi. Now I can move on to new weight loss tomorrow.

I am heading out for my 90 minute walk soon, and then plan on a nap this afternoon. I didn't sleep well last night, so need to make up a few hours. Later tonight, I promised my friend that I would come in, and help clean his store, so probably doing that 9 p.m.- midnight. I told him I could do it 7 a.m. - 10 a.m., but he can't wake up that

I played basketball yesterday for 75 minutes, and today my knee feels spongy, and swollen.. my left knee. I have never had issues with my knees, and there is no pain, but it is stiff. I had bursitis in my right knee a few years ago, but I just think I twisted it or something. Hopefully it is just wear and tear. I'll find out at the gym. Take it easy if it feels wrong.

Today I had 6 eggs, a 1/2 cup of broccoli, and 2 ozs of shredded sharp cheddar for breakfast ( 852 calories ). I am pretty full right Same Lunch/Dinner as the last 2 days. I ended up getting frozen broccoli, and it has 4 servings. The fresh broccoli didn't look very fresh. I froze the other 3 servings, so I can eat a broccoli omelette once a week, and give myself a bit of variety.

It's gonna be 20 and snowy today. I hate the cold. Other than that, the day should be great. Hope everyone enjoys their day.

    yu are doing awesome.....i love my frozen veggies..... i make broccolli soup almost every day for lunch :D and then brocolli baked for dinner lol... no cheese it bothers me :) love seeng your numbers going down.. great job keep it up!! hugs and love!!

    Frozen veggies are often healthier than fresh. Now I'm hungry for broccoli with cheese, LOL. You also reminded me about eggs. I didn't have any for 2 days so will make myself a 4-5 egg omelett for breakfast tomorrow. emoticon

    I've read that frozen broccoli can be more nutritious than fresh, because the fresh loses nutrients as it sits out in the air, whereas the frozen is flash-frozen and it locks in the vitamins.

As always, I read what you ate for breakfast and now I want that. Of course, I want it with toast and fried potatoes and orange juice too..... :)

    Broccoli is excellent. I am enjoying cooking cabbage in the pressure cooker with rosemary from the garden and using chicken broth as the liquid with a dash of hot sauce. I don't know if its one of the 'no-no' foods for you (I don't know if its an anti-coagulant.) I am so impressed with your progress. I really enjoy reading your blog. When you get to your goal weight, I hope that you still post a blog. Reading about success is just as much fun as reading about the journey to get there.

    Sounds good! Broccoli and cheese is a totally winning combination.

I just had spicy roasted broccoli with paneer curry for dinner, I had Purple Sprouted Broccoli (not super purple this time though), so lots of small florets that roasted and went all crispy.
