Well after 3 days , I made it back to the same weight I was Sunday. Three days lost for 2 slices of pizza and 24 ozs of wild cherry Pepsi. Now I can move on to new weight loss tomorrow.
I am heading out for my 90 minute walk soon, and then plan on a nap this afternoon. I didn't sleep well last night, so need to make up a few hours. Later tonight, I promised my friend that I would come in, and help clean his store, so probably doing that 9 p.m.- midnight. I told him I could do it 7 a.m. - 10 a.m., but he can't wake up that early..lol.
I played basketball yesterday for 75 minutes, and today my knee feels spongy, and swollen.. my left knee. I have never had issues with my knees, and there is no pain, but it is stiff. I had bursitis in my right knee a few years ago, but I just think I twisted it or something. Hopefully it is just wear and tear. I'll find out at the gym. Take it easy if it feels wrong.
Today I had 6 eggs, a 1/2 cup of broccoli, and 2 ozs of shredded sharp cheddar for breakfast ( 852 calories ). I am pretty full right now..lol. Same Lunch/Dinner as the last 2 days. I ended up getting frozen broccoli, and it has 4 servings. The fresh broccoli didn't look very fresh. I froze the other 3 servings, so I can eat a broccoli omelette once a week, and give myself a bit of variety.
It's gonna be 20 and snowy today. I hate the cold. Other than that, the day should be great. Hope everyone enjoys their day.
