Today is Day 4 for me. My morning weight was 239.6, so according to my scale I am down over 10 lbs in 4 days.
I deal with the emotional aspects of sugar and carb craving in the evenings, but so far this plan is going really well for me.
I am a terrible cook, so giving all these new recipes has been a challenge. I almost caught some parchment paper on fire trying to broil some fish.
But I am still waiting for heavier withdrawal symptoms and they haven't come my way yet.
I am noticing more clarity and energy.
I have known that I needed this type of diet or eating plan for a while, so it feels triumphant to actually be putting it into practice!
BREAKFAST SHAKE UPDATE!!
I think I have found what will work for me, for now . . .
I have added 1 packet of xylitol to my breakfast shake and it was so much better!! Here is my recipe
2 Scoops Virgin Diet Shake Mix, vanilla
1 C Unsweetened Coconut mill
2 tbsp Chia Seeds (or ground flax meal)
1 C Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
1 packet Xylitol
And it was so yummy!!
