To Heck wth the Goal, Eating to Hunger

I decided, I can't force myself to change my appetite and eating 300 calories for breakfast works. 400 works OK, but only when I'm really hungry. This morning I am not hungry thanks to this cold. However, I am going to try to lighten up dinner to between 400 to 500 calories. And I have already started to include more salads and vegetables, which helps.
More importantly, I think it's better to listen to my body and eat moderately. (Sometimes I want a beer. What the heck.)
Today, I feel like crap and didn't get much sleep last night because my son woke us up at 4a.m., but it's one of my favorite nights out of the week to work out because I can spend two hours at the gym and sleep in on Friday. And dang it, that's what I'm going to do. That snazzy work out I had planned yesterday is happening tonight. We also eat at Pockets tonight, so that means less work for me and my husband.
