Couldn't hear the video today since my computer is acting retarded!! But 3 things that are great motivators for me include feeling energetic and strong, being happy from all the good eating and exercise, and meeting my goals daily and weekly. It's become fun again to try to figure out new things to keep me busy instead of being bored in my rocking chair. My pain level has been high but it's no different sitting than being busy so busy wins!
