    A person whose top things to be thankful for are sense of humor, laughter, and a desire to make changes for the better - I'll bet you're a blast to hang out with! That's one of the things I love about SparkPeople. The folks who are here are actively working at making positive changes (weight-related and otherwise), which makes them such vibrant and interesting people to virtually "hang out" with!
