Did an new exercise routine at the gym last night. The trainer is having us do 20 minutes of cardio (jumping jacks, running in place etc) then 30 minutes of circuits (lunges, rows etc) then abs and stretching for the last 10 minutes. It was quite a workout and although my body felt like I could no go on, it did and it felt good.
Got home and was soooo hungry but I kept being mindful and ate just my dinner and a snack.
Not a bad day. I am really missing my morning walks with the dogs but it is just too cold. Hopefully it will get better soon. Even in the teens works. Just not the single digits.
