My small step yesterday:
Had an apple and water for my bedtime snack.
Hubby brought home a DD hot chocolate (my vice) and a plain donut. That was breakfast. I searched the nutrition catalog (can it really be called nutrition?) The hot chocolate is 220 calories and the donut is 320 calories. UGH.
Lunch was a tuna sandwich (bread 110 calories, tuna w/mayo & green peppers?) with a cup of tomato soup (100 calories).
I need to get some more fruit, veggies, water and exercise in by the end of the day.
Not too bad. A serving of leftover pasta for dinner.
