Yeah!! Just from moving more... Ok, a WHOLE LOT MORE.... And not stuffing my little chipmunk face, I've lost 2 Pounds already. That was unexpected, and especially so since my time of the month should be visiting any time now... But I'll take it!
Also, I've come up with a couple goals. one short term and one long term.
1. I am starting the couch to 5k group FOR SURE on February 5th.
2. I am going to try to get my Personal Trainer Certification before the end of the year.
So there... somethings to keep me busy for quite some time!
