Still in the saddle...

This week form Tuesday to Friday I'm shooting to daily achieve:
- 100 crunches
- 2 miles AM (1 mile each walking break)
- 2 miles PM
- 6-8 cups of water
- eat as healthy as possible

I'll keep you posted.
