This has been a very bad week.
1. Tracking food - not done
2. Drinking tea - maybe 2 cups a day, but not my goal of 4 cups. I've been drinking more diet coke.
3. Morning workout - not done.
4. Lunchtime walk - not done every day...it's been soooo cold. I've missed the past 2 days and likely to miss today as well.
5. Eat clean and aim for 9 servings of F/V - not making the 9 servings, and have chosen some processed foods instead of eating clean.
6. 80 minutes a day - not done.
This is not the kind of report I want to make. Improvement is needed. I need to kick myself in the butt.
