2013 Goals: how am I doing Week 4

This has been a very bad week.

1. Tracking food - not done
2. Drinking tea - maybe 2 cups a day, but not my goal of 4 cups. I've been drinking more diet coke.
3. Morning workout - not done.
4. Lunchtime walk - not done every day...it's been soooo cold. I've missed the past 2 days and likely to miss today as well.
5. Eat clean and aim for 9 servings of F/V - not making the 9 servings, and have chosen some processed foods instead of eating clean.
6. 80 minutes a day - not done.

This is not the kind of report I want to make. Improvement is needed. I need to kick myself in the butt.

    I like the advice to "just stick to your plans for one day" or maybe focus on one of those goals out of the entire list to do.

    When I got in a slump, someone told me, "Just stick to it today and that's it." Anyone can do anything for ONE DAY! It's not overwhelming to think of it that way because you know you can go off it tomorrow. Then when tomorrow rolls around, you will hopefully say, "I can do this just for one day." Also there is the 90/10 rule where 10% of the time you can fall off the wagon and don't feel guilty about it. It's not about deprivation; it's about doing things differently. Good luck on your journey!
